Unlawfully parked motorists have 14 days to pay outstanding charges. If after 14 days no payment has been received we obtain the licensing details from the DVLA and our legal department pursues the motorist for the charge. During this process, we are bound at all times by the DVLA’s code of conduct for the release and processing of data and The Administration of Justice Act.

Should you wish to cancel any issued parking charge ticket within 14 days of issue, it will be done free of charge. This ensures that only genuine offenders are penalised and not customers.

On completion of the parking charge, a compensation payment of £10 including VAT is returned to you. Please note this does not apply for parking charge tickets issued by our wardens.
